Appointments are required.

Fountainview Mansion is open all year but closed on Sundays.

Reservations – Advance room reservations are required. There is a 2-night minimum stay on all Auburn home football weekends. Football weekends require full payment in advance with no refunds.

Payment – For regular reservations, a 1 night deposit is required or 50% of entire stay if 2 nights or more. Visa, Mastercard, American Express, personal checks and cash are accepted.

Cancellation Policy – Should you cancel outside of 21 days prior to arrival, your deposit will be refunded, less a $25 administration fee. Should you cancel within 21 days, your entire deposit will be forfeited unless we can rebook your room so it does not result in a loss of business for the inn. Upon rebooking the room, your deposit will then be refunded less the $25 administration fee.

Restrictions - No smoking indoors. Pets are not allowed.

Breakfast - A full gourmet breakfast is provided for all inn guests.

Home Football Weekends - There is a 2-Night minimum stay with no refund.
